摘  要:目的研究不同浓度黄连含药血清对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌α-溶血素分泌的影响。方法大鼠灌胃给予黄连提取物后制备含药血清,取耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌,分别加入空白血清和6mg/kg、12mg/kg、24mg/kg的黄连含药血清培养,利用菌液上清溶血活性测定、免疫印迹等试验方法研究黄连提取物含药血清对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)α-溶血素分泌的影响。结果无抗菌活性的黄连含药血清可以抑制MRSAα-溶血素的表达。结论黄连提取物可作为一种潜在的抗MRSA感染药物,可进一步开发。Objective To study on the effects of different concentrations of serum containing coptis on methieillin- resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) alpha - he - molysin. Method Drug - containing serum of mouse was prepared after intragastric administration with eoptis. Methicillin - resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) strains were collected and cultured in culture medium blank serum (control group) and serum contained 6mg/kg, 12 mg/kg, 24mg/kg of coptis (serum containing coptiswith low, medium and high concentration groups). MIC determination, hemolysin assays, Western - blotting were performed to investigate the impact of- serum containing eoptis on the α - hemolysin production of methicillin - resistant Staphylococcus aureus. Result Dif- ferent concentrations of serum containing coptis without antibacterial activity inhibit the expression of α - hemoly- sin, Conclusion The extracts from coptis were potentially useful in developing anti - MRSA drugs.
