宜昌市公众传染病防治素养现状调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解宜昌市城乡居民及城市流动人口传染病防治素养现状,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法采用分层多阶段随机抽样的方法,在宜昌市随机抽取15~60岁的城市居民、农村居民及流动人口共3 000人,进行传染病防治素养问卷调查。结果本研究共有2 224人(74.13%)具备传染病防治素养,其中城市社区居民475人(95.00%),城市中学生442人(88.40%),宾馆服务员416人(83.20%),农村中学生411人(82.20%),农村社区居民284人(56.80%),建筑工人196人(39.20%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=601.54,P<0.01)。六类人群中,城市社区居民传染病防治素养得分最高(56.82±13.45)分,与其他人群间差异有统计学意义(F=248.62,P<0.01)。结论宜昌市公众中农村社区居民和城市建筑工地工人传染病防治素养水平较低,需探索经济、高效且有针对性的干预措施。Objective To understand the infectious disease prevention and control knowledge among local residents and migrating individuals in Yichang,and to provide scientific evidence for disease intervention. Methods A multi-stage stratified sampling method was used to randomly recruit a total of 3 000 subjects including local urban and rural residents and migrating individuals aged 15-60 years.A questionnaire survey was conducted. Results Overall,74.13% of study participants had a certain level of knowledge about infectious disease prevention and control,and majority（95.00%）was from urban areas.The highest percentage of 88.40% were urban students,followed by 83.20% of hotel workers,82.20% of rural students,56.80% of rural residents and 39.20% of construction workers,the differences were significant（χ~2=601.54,P〈0.01）.The highest score of 56.82±13.45 was found among urban community residents,which was statistically different compared to scores of other groups（F=248.62,P〈0.01）. Conclusions Majority of rural residents and construction workers in Yichang are lack of knowledge about infectious disease prevention and control,therefore,effective intervention method should be introduced.
