摘 要:为了研究湖沥青中灰分的改性机理与改性效果,分析了沥青及集料的表界面参数、沥青胶浆体系的黏附功以及高温车辙因子等几个影响因素。得出以下结果:粉体的比表面积与其粒径成负相关的趋势;粉体的表面能参数和粉体沥青胶浆的黏附功都随粉体粒径的减小而减小;在粉胶比相同的条件下,沥青胶浆体系中粉体的黏附功与比表面积是相关的。在此基础上,得出结论:用比黏附功来评价沥青胶浆体系的比黏附功更加科学;湖沥青中灰分对基质沥青的改性作用相对比较复杂,已探知的改性机理主要是通过其较大的比表面积、较高的比黏附功来实现的,同时该部分的改性作用约占灰分对基质沥青改性作用的15%,另外85%的改性作用的机理尚待深入研究。In order to study the modification mechanism and effect of the ash in the TLA,the influencing factors such as surface and interface parameters of asphalt and aggregate,adhesion work of asphalt mortar system and high temperature rutting factor were analyzed.And the following results were obtained:the surface area of powder ratio and the particle size was inclined to negative correlation;the powder surface energy parameters and the adhesion work of powder asphalt mortar were decreased with the decrease of powder particle size;under the same conditions of ratio of filler to bitumen,the adhesion work of powder in asphalt mortar system was correlative with the surface area.On the basis of the above results,a conclusion is drawn:the specific adhesion work to evaluate the asphalt mortar system is more scientific than the adhesion work;the effect of ash in TLA on the asphalt modification is relatively complex.The ascertained modification mechanism is mainly achieved by the larger specific surface area and the higher adhesion work;meanwhile,the modification of this part is accounted to 15% of ash modification on asphalt,other 85% modification mechanism still needs in-depth study.
