摘  要:针对江西某低品位锂辉石矿矿泥含量高、现场浮选指标差等问题,进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明:将450 g/t碳酸钠+300 g/t氢氧化钠加入磨机中,矿石磨细至-0.076 mm占70%,脱去-0.15 mm粒级矿泥,以碳酸钠、氢氧化钠、氯化钙作联合调整剂、改性油酸作捕收剂,经1粗3精1扫闭路浮选,可获得Li_2O品位为4.45%、回收率为74.17%的锂辉石精矿,精矿Li_2O品位较现场工艺提高了0.39个百分点,回收率提高了12.59个百分点;锂辉石浮选尾矿经弱磁选—高梯度强磁选除铁,获得了Fe_2O_3含量为0.18%的长石精矿。Beneficiation experiments were carried out,aiming at problems of high content of mud and bad flotation index of low grade spodumene ore from Jiangxi Province. Results show that with 300 g/t sodium carbonate + 450 g/t t sodium hydroxide adding in grinding mill,at grinding fineness of 0. 076 mm accounted for 70%,-0. 15 mm grade fraction deslimed,then with sodium carbonate,sodium hydroxide,calcium chloride as unite adjusting agent,modification oleic acid as collector via one roughing-three cleaning-one scavenging closed circuit flotation process,spodumene concentrate with Li2O grade of 4. 45%and recovery of 74. 17% was obtained,Li2O grade increased by 0. 39 percentage points,recovery increased by 12. 59 percentage points compared with on-site process; tailings of spodumene flotation via low intensity magnetic separation-high gradient high intensity magnetic separation,feldspar concentrate with Fe2O3 grade of 0. 18% was obtained.
