摘 要:中空碳纤维结合了碳纳米管和碳纤维的优势,其比重小,巨大的比表面积和高强度使其可应用于大容量电容器、增强材料、吸波材料和储氢材料等领域。综述了中空碳纤维国内外的研究现状及最新应用。比较了燃烧合成法、喷淋法、电弧法和静电纺丝等方法制备中空纤维的优缺点并探讨了预氧化、炭化和活化工艺对其性能的影响。提出金属基中空碳纤维、多中空碳纤维的研究方向和熔体静电纺丝制备方法的发展前景。Hollow carbon fibers unite the properties of both nanotube and carbon fiber.They are recently of great interest for various applications such as high-capacity capacitor,reinforced material,absorbing materials and hydrogen-storage materials because of their low specific gravity,huge specific surface area and high strength.The quantities of literatures were refered and concluded predecessors' work,summarized the research status,the fabrication methods and application of hollow carbon fibers.The influence of pre-oxidation,carbonization and activation process on its properties was discussed in detail.The advantages and disadvantages of various preparation methods liked combustion synthesis,arc spraying,electrostatic spinning were also particularly compared.Research directions of metal-based hollow carbon fiber,carbon fiber with multiple hollow structure and melt electrospinning preparation method were put forward in the hope of promoting further study in the field.
