摘 要:以聚酰胺酸(PAA)为有机粘结剂,二硫化钼(MoS_2)和石墨为无机固体润滑剂,利用简单有效的旋涂工艺在铝合金表面制备了MoS_2基自润滑聚酰亚胺(PI)复合薄膜,并对复合润滑薄膜的力学、热学和摩擦学性能进行了表征。实验结果表明,复合润滑薄膜与纯PI薄膜相比,具有更好的热学和力学性能;单独加入MoS_2和石墨所制备的复合润滑膜均能有效降低PI薄膜的摩擦系数;由于MoS_2与石墨的协同作用,使得PMG复合薄膜的摩擦系数在所有润滑薄膜中最低,为0.153。Polyimide based solid lubricating films were prepared by simple and efficient spin coating proceeding on the surface of aluminum alloy with polyamide acid as organic binder,MoS_2 or graphite as inorganic solid lubricants.The mechanical,thermal and tribological properties of films were characterized.The results showed that the lubricating films had better thermal and mechanical properties compared with the pure polyimide film.The films which were prepared by separate joining MoS_2 and graphite can effectively reduce the friction coefficient of polyimide film.Moreover,the friction coefficient of film with MoS_2 and graphite solid lubricant decreased to 0.153 owing to their synergistic effect.
