摘 要:采用聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)、聚醚砜(PES)两种膜材质,利用共混、表面交联、原位聚合3种方法制备二氧化钛(TiO_2)/丙烯酸(AA)改性超滤膜。系统研究了TiO_2/AA改性对膜的红外吸收光谱、热稳定性、膜的形貌结构、水接触角、膜催化性能的影响。结果表明,膜成功嵌接TiO_2/AA,杂化改性膜在升温过程中提前失重,但固体残留率更高;共混膜断面粗糙度增加,交联膜皮层更加致密光滑;膜接触角大幅度降低;在UV辐照条件下具有良好的催化性能。Titanium dioxide(TiO_2)/acrylic acid(AA)modified ultrafiltration membrane was prepared with two kinds of matericals(PVDF and PES)and three kinds of methods(blending method,surface cross-linking method and in-situ polymerization method).The effect of TiO_2/AA on infrared absorption spectra,thermal stability,morphology,water contact angle and membrane catalytic properties were studied.The results showed that the membrane was successfully grafted with TiO_2/AA which made earlier weight losss and higher solid residue rate.The surface roughness of blend membrane was increased,the cortex of crosslinked membrane was more compact and smooth.The modified membrane had smaller contact angle and catalytic performance under UV irradiation.
