摘 要:采用机械共混法制备了沉淀碳酸钙(PCC)改性环氧树脂砂浆(EM),研究了PCC含量对EM力学性能、流动度和收缩率的影响。结果表明:PCC的添加对EM有显著的增韧增强作用,降低了EM固化收缩率,并提高了其粘结性能。当PCC含量为7%时效果最佳,抗冲击强度、与老混凝土的剪切强度较未含PCC时分别增大38.1%和13.7%。扫描电镜分析表明,PCC的添加明显提高了树脂基体抗裂纹扩展的能力。The precipitated calcium carbonate(PCC)modified epoxy resin mortar(EM)was prepared by mechanical mixing method.The mechanical properties,fluidity and shrinkage ratio of EM with different PCC content were researched.The results indicated that PCC improved toughening and strengthening,reduced shrinkage and increased interface bond.The modification effect to EM was best when the mass ratio of PCC to EM was 7%.Under this situation,impact strength and shear strength of old concrete was increased by 38.1% and 13.7% compared with unmodified EM.SEM analysis showed that the ability of crack growth resistance of the resin matrix was improved by incorporation PCC.
