摘 要:用均相共沉淀法将铈离子(Ce^(3+))、钐离子(Sm^(3+))共掺杂钒酸钇(YVO_4)制得(Sm_(0.01)Y_(0.99-x))VO_4∶Ce_x^(3+)荧光粉。采用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、荧光光谱仪(PL)对制得荧光粉的晶体结构、颗粒形貌以及发光特性进行了分析。结果表明,Ce^(3+)、Sm^(3+)掺入YVO_4荧光粉的相结构仍为四方锆型结构,随着Ce^(3+)离子掺杂浓度的增大,XRD的衍射峰更加明显,SEM显示Ce^(3+)离子掺杂浓度的增大,荧光粉颗粒团聚更加严重,颗粒尺寸约80nm。荧光粉的激发峰在460nm,与蓝光LED的发射峰吻合,发射峰在580nm左右,属于橙光,且随着Ce^(3+)浓度的增加,荧光变强,有利于提高LED的显色指数。(Sm_(0.01)Y_(0.99-x))VO_4∶Ce^(3+x) phosphor co-doped with Ce^(3+x)ion and Sm^3+ion was synthesized by co-precipitation method.The crystal structure,morphology and luminescence properties of Ce^(3+x),Sm^3+co-doped(Sm0.01Y0.99-x)VO_4∶Ce^(3+x)x phosphor was investigated by X-ray diffractometer(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and fluorescence spectrophotometer(PL).The results showed that the crystal structure of prepared phosphor was a tetragonal zircon type structure.Nevertheless,the crystal structure of(Sm_(0.01)Y_(0.99-x))VO_4∶Ce^(3+x)xwas not changed after co-doped with Ce^(3+x),Sm^3+.XRD diffraction peaks were clear much more with increasing Ce ion concentration.XRD showed that the granule of(Sm_(0.01)Y_(0.99-x))VO_4∶Ce^(3+x)xreunited with increasing Ce ion concentration and its particle average size was about 80 nm.Excitation peaks at 460 nm was suitable for blue LED and emission peaks at about 580 nm belong to orange light.This will improve color rendering index of white LED with YVO_4 phosphor co-doped with Ce^(3+x)and Sm^3+.
