纳米CaIn_2O_4长方体的制备及可见光催化性能

摘　　要：以硝酸钙、氯化铟和柠檬酸三钠为原料,采用水热合成法制备了正交相纳米CaIn_2O_4长方体。通过X-RD、TEM和UV-Vis DRS等对纳米CaIn_2O_4长方体的物相、微观形貌和光吸收性能进行了表征。以亚甲基蓝溶液为目标降解物,在可见光下进行光催化降解实验。结果表明,通过该方法合成的纳米CaIn_2O_4长方体结晶度较高、带隙宽度约为2.75eV,对亚甲基蓝具有良好的可见光降解活性,光降解过程中主要活性物种是光生空穴和超氧自由基。Nano-sized CaIn_2O_4 Cuboids were prepared by a hydrothermal synthesis approach with calcium nitrate,indium chloride and trisodium citrate as raw materials.The phase,morphology and optical absorption of product were characterized by X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance absorption spectroscopy,respectively.The photocatalytic activity of samples was evaluated under visible light irradiation using methylene blue（MB）as probe molecule.The experimental results showed that the crystallinity of Cuboids was high,its band gap width was2.75 eV,and its degradation activity under visible light irradiation for methylene blue was good.The main active species in the process of photo-degradation were induced hole and superoxide free radical.
