改性丝光沸石在复合高吸水性微粒合成中的应用研究

摘  要:采用响应曲面法对超声波有机改性丝光沸石的工艺进行优化。在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应曲面法探讨十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)的浓度、超声时间、超声温度对活化指数的影响;通过红外光谱和扫描电镜表征手段对改性后丝光沸石的结构和形貌进行表征。以改性后丝光沸石作原料来制备淀粉接枝丙烯酸/有机改性丝光沸石复合高吸水性材料,考察复合材料吸水性能。结果表明:超声法CTAB有机改性丝光沸石的优化条件为:CTAB浓度34.60mmol/L,超声时间67min,超声温度69℃。将优化条件下的有机改性丝光沸石作原料,得到的球状复合吸水剂的吸水倍率为638g/g。The synthetic conditions of organo-mordenite were optimized by hexadecyl trimehtyl ammonium bormide(CTAB)under ultrasonic.Based on single factor test,response surface methodology(RSM)was utilized to investigate the effects of CTAB concentration,ultrasonic time and ultrasonic temperature on the activation index.The structure and morphology of organo-mordenite were analyzed by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and field-emission scanning electronic microscopy(FESEM).The organo-mordenite under the optimum conditions was introduced as raw material to create starch-g-poly(acrylic acid)/organo-mordenite superabsorbent composite and the water absorbency was determined.The results indicated that the optimum conditions of organo-mordenite were CTAB concentration of 34.60mmol/L,ultrasonic time of 67 min,ultrasonic temperature of 69℃.The water absorbency of composite particle was 638g/g.
