摘 要:选取天津某化工园区3家企业为研究对象,通过气袋法对企业厂界和企业内无组织排放点进行采样,然后采用质子转移反应飞行时间质谱仪(PTR-TOF-MS)进行分析,获得了各企业无组织排放点挥发性有机物(VOCs)的浓度水平和组分特征.结果表明:(1)3家企业在罐区、生产装置区和集水池的无组织排放水平差异较大,罐区的排放水平与储罐类型直接相关,集水池区的排放水平与其是否密封相关;(2)化工企业内部VOCs无组织排放组分以C_2、C_7、C_8、C_9、C_(11)为代表的饱和烷烃和以CH_4O为代表的OVOCs为主;(3)烷烃类物质是化工行业VOCs无组织排放中占比最大的一类物质,建议进行优先控制.In order to study on the unorganized emissionscharacteristics of volatile organic compounds(VOCs) of Tianjin chemical industry,threeplants located in a chemical park in Tianjin had beenchosen.The air samples on the plant boundary and within the enterprise were collected through the air bag, andthe VOCs emission levels and component characteristicswere measured using proton transfer reaction time of flight mass spectrometer(PTR-TOF-MS). The analysis results showed that,(1) the emission level of VOCs of three plants were different. The level of VOCs in the tank area was directly related to the tank type, and the level in the catchment area was related to whether it was sealed,(2) the components of VOCs emitted from unorganized sources mainly were saturated alkane represented by C_2、C_7、C_8、C_9、C_(11) and OVOCs represented by CH_4O,(3) it was found that alkane substance wasa large class of VOCs component in chemical industry plant, so alkane should be controlled in priority.
