摘  要:目的探究在医院门诊药房应用精细化管理的价值。方法 2014年1月~2015年1月在医院门诊药房实施常规的管理模式,2015年2月~2016年2月在医院门诊药房实施精细化管理,对比两种管理模式的效果。结果应用精细化管理后,医院门诊药房工作效率明显提高(P<0.05),患者满意率明显提高(P<0.05),处方调配差错率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论在医院门诊药房实施精细化管理,可提升工作效率,减少调配差错,提高患者满意率。OBJECTIVE To explore the application value fine management of in hospital outpatient pharmacy. METHODS From January 2014 to January 2015 hospital outpatient pharmacy applicated conventional management model,and fine management model was implemented from February 2015 to February 2016.The effects of these two management modes were analyzed and compared.RESULTS After the application of fine management,hospital outpatient pharmacy working efficiency( P〈0. 05) and patient satisfaction rate( P〈0.05) increased significantly,and the mistake rate of prescription deployment significantly decreased( P〈0. 05).CONCLUSION In hospital outpatient pharmacy,implement of fine management can improve the work efficiency,reduce the deployment errors,and improve patient satisfaction.
