蒲黄炮制前后成分变化与止血效果的关系探讨

摘　　要：蒲黄具有活血化瘀,止血通淋的功效,为常用的活血止血类中药,可生用、炒用、炒炭用,临床上主要用于治疗各类出血或瘀血闭阻病症。笔者对蒲黄的炮制历史沿革、炮制过程中化学成分变化等方面的研究进展进行综述,探讨蒲黄的有效成分与炮制增效作用,以期为蒲黄炮制规范的确立提供依据,促进炮制工艺的进一步发展。Pollen Typhae is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine for activating blood to stop bleeding,with the effect of hemostasis and promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis.In clinical treatment,it is mainly used for various types of bleeding or blood stasis obstructing disease,by being stri-frying,carbonizing or not. In this paper,the research progress in processing history and chemical composition change during the processing are reviewed,to explore the effective ingredients and processing synergistic function of Pollen Typhae,and to provide the basis for establishing the processing standards,and promote further development of the processing technology.
