摘　　要：目的 研究白三烯 （leukotriene,LT）在变应性咳嗽 （atopiccough,AC）患者和健康成人痰液中的水平,探讨 LT在 AC中的发病机制。方法 选取23例确诊为 AC患者,并以20例健康成人做对照,通过酶联免疫吸附法 （enzyme-linkedimmunosorbentassay,ELISA）检测诱导痰中白三烯 C4 （LTC4）、白三烯 D4 （LTD4）,比较2组诱导痰 LT 水平有无差异。结果 AC 组 LTC4水平较健康对照组显著增高 （t=5.212,P ＆lt;0.05）,而 LTD4水平与健康成人相比差异无统计学意义 （t=1.457,P ＞0.05）。结论 LT可能在 AC的发病中起到重要作用,临床常规检测痰液中 LT 水平可有效指导合理用药。Objective To evaluate the leukotrienes level in the induced sputum between atopic cough patients and healthy adults and investigate the role of leukotrienes in the pathogenesis of atopic cough. Methods To compare the difference of leukotriene C4 and D4 in induced sputum between 23 patients with atopic cough and 20 control subjects by ELISA. Results Compared with heathy adults group, the level of leukotriene C4 in patients with atopic cough group were significantly increased （ t = 5. 212, P d0.05）, however, the level of leukotriene D4 had no marked change （ t = 1. 457, P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions Leukotrienes may play an important role in the occurrence of atopic cough, andthe detection of leukotrienes level could provide a clinical clue on rational use of drugs for atopic cough.
