摘　　要：研究目的:揭示中国农地流转领域的研究现状与未来发展趋势。研究方法:从知网期刊数据库中提取近20年以"农地流转"为关键词的研究文献,经数据处理后形成共词矩阵,进一步生成共词网络。利用社会网络分析技术绘制共词网络图谱并进行密度分析、中心性分析以及凝聚子群分析等。研究结果:中国农地流转领域研究已经具有一定的规模,但研究深度不够,整体性、系统性不强,研究方法创新不足,研究视角较为单一。研究结论:以政府权能为切入点研究中国农地流转应成为未来的研究导向之一,考察和分析农地流转中的政府权能,不仅有助于弥补当前中国农地流转研究视角和切入点方面的缺陷,还有助于丰富和发展政府权能理论。The research purpose of this paper is to reveal the research status and the future trends for the field of rural land transfer. The research methods are that we extracted research literatures with key word is ＂rural land transfer＂ from CNKI journal database. After data processing, we constructed co-word matrix and then established co-word network. The technologies of co-word map drawing, density analysis, centrality analysis, agglomeration subgroup analysis and other technologies were employed to do social network analysis. The results show that the research on the field of rural land transfer already has a certain scale but the research depth is limited. The existing research is not comprehensive and systematic enough. And the limitations of research methods innovation and the single research perspectives have also been found. It is concluded that studying rural land transfer in our country from the perspective of government competence could become one of the future research direction. By investigating and analyzing the government competence during the rural land transfer, it will not only help to fill the contemporary research gaps concerning perspectives and entry points in the field of rural land transfer, but also help to enrich and develop the theory of government competence.
