浅析两岸关系下港台关系的“双向”发展及其前景

摘　　要：香港、台湾两地关系作为两岸关系的重要而特殊的组成部分,其走向与两岸关系的发展密不可分。两岸关系的缓和带来了两地关系的升温,但近几年港台两地关系出现了一种矛盾性的"双向"发展态势——有交流也有排斥,相互合作又互不信任。这种矛盾状态源于两地经济、社会、政治等因素的相互作用,以及两岸关系的影响。台湾政局演变下,港台关系这种"双向"倾向是否会进一步强化?本文就港台关系的发展特点及原因进行浅显的解读,并浅析其发展前景及影响。As an important and special component of the cross-Strait Relationship, the future development of Hong Kong-Taiwan relations is closely related to it. The peaceful development of cross-Strait Relations has brought promotions to the Hong Kong- Taiwan relations since Ma Ying-jeou took office; however, there is a quite paradoxical trend, which I called ＂double movement＂ in the Hong Kong-Taiwan relations in these few years. That is, we can find both cooperation and conflicts in this relationship, which result from the economic, social and political conditions within Taiwan and Hong Kong, as well as the impacts of cross-Strait relations. With the change brought by the Taiwan election, will this trend of ＂double movement＂ be strengthened？ This article tries to analyze the reasons of this so called ＂double movement＂ in the Hong Kong- Taiwan relations and its influence and perspective under the development of cross-Strait relations.
