摘  要:运用ANSYS FLUENT软件VOF多相流模型,对两级液环真空泵进行泵内流场的数值模拟研究。进行3个不同工况的模拟,研究分析表明:软件在液环真空泵三维流动气液两相交界面、压力、速度等方面的预测较为符合理论和实际,进出口压力对两相交界面的预测影响不明显,计算时长是数值模拟研究的一个重要影响因素。本研究丰富了液环真空泵数值模拟的成果。This numerical simulation research is about the flow in a two-stage liquid ring vacuum pump using ANSYS FLUENTsoftware5 s VOF multiphase flow model. In this research, three different operating conditions were simulated. Compared the results we find that predictions of three-dimensional flow in a two-stage liquid ring vacuum pump are partially consistent with theoretical and practical, the impact of inlet and outlet pressure on the two intersecting interface prediction is not obvious, and time is an important factor in numerical simulation study. These predictions include gas-liquid interface of two intersecting, pressure field and velocity field. This study enriches the numerical simulation of liquid ring vacuum pump results.
