军事指挥军官院校教育问题思考

摘　　要：本文分析我军体制改革前后军官能力素质结构的需求变化,从军官院校教育人才培养的内容、培养对象、培养模式等方面进行了探讨,提出了依托军队院校并与军种、战区联合开展军官院校教育,发挥院校的知识理论教育优势与军种、战区在实践能力培养、问题研究方面的优势,以适应联合作战指挥人才的知识、素质、能力培养要求。This paper analyzes the new quality requirement of officers according to the military reformation,to aim at the problem of academic education for officers. This paper puts forward measures for the content,the optional personnel and the education mode. And it is suggested that the military academies should be supported by military specialty and theatre of operations,so as to take advantage of military academies in knowledge educating,military specialty and theatre of operations in operationscapability-building and problem-investigating. This is an effective way to satisfy the demand of being joint-operations commanders in knowledge,quality and capability.
