摘  要:为缓解集装箱码头闸口通道处的排队拥堵现象,在闸口通道数一定的前提下,根据进、出闸口通道处集卡排队不均衡程度,基于可变闸口的方向可变更性,提出一种动态调整进、出闸口通道数的工作方式.以进、出闸口处集卡排队不均衡因数作为可变闸口的设置及变更条件,通过构建闸口作业系统仿真模型,模拟可变闸口对闸口服务水平的影响,从而确定港区需要设置可变闸口和变更可变闸口工作方向的因数临界值.研究结果表明,设置可变闸口可以显著地缓解集装箱码头闸口通道处的排队拥堵现象.In order to alleviate the queuing congestion before container terminal gates,an operation mode is proposed to adjust the numbers of inbound and outbound gates dynamically according to the unbalanced degree of container truck queuing before all gates,where the total number of gates is constant and some gates are variable gates( that is,a variable gate can change its direction to become an inbound gate or an outbound gate). The queuing imbalance coefficient before inbound and outbound gates is used as the setting and changing condition of variable gates. The simulation model of the gate operating system is built in order to simulate the effect of variable gates on the service level of gates,and then find out the coefficient critical values of setting variable gates and changing their direction of variable gates. The result shows that setting variable gates can significantly alleviate the queuing congestion before container terminal gates.
