摘  要:传统的船舶海水系统的培训和操作训练软件是在工频模式的设计工况下工作的,这已不能适应新的减排规则和相关公约要求.本文以载重量为30 000 t的多用途船的海水系统为仿真对象,根据海水系统原理、能量守恒定律和传热学基本理论,建立变频海水系统的数学模型.运用计算机仿真技术模拟该系统的操作和监控功能,在Visual Studio 2010开发环境下采用C#语言实现该系统的相关界面设计和功能仿真.对该系统进行全面的操作和功能测试.结果表明,该系统软件能逼真地反映海水系统在变频模式下的工作状况和实际动态过程.这对提高船员的操作水平及保证操作过程中的可靠性和安全性起到重要作用.The training and operation training software of the traditional ship seawater system works under the condition of power frequency mode,which can not meet new emission reduction regulations and related convention requirements. A multi-purpose ship with dead weight of 30 000 t is used as the simulated object. The mathematical model of the variable frequency seawater system is established by the seawater system principle,the law of conservation of energy and the basic theory of heat transfer. The operation and monitoring functions of the system are simulated by computer simulation technology. Using C# language and Visual Studio 2010 as development environment,the relevant interface design and functional simulation of the system are realized. The comprehensive operation and function test is done. The results show that the software of the system can reflect working conditions and actual dynamic process in the variable frequency mode. The system plays an important role in improving the operation level of crew and ensuring the reliability and safety in the operation process.
