摘  要:在铂络合物作用下,将含氢聚硅氧烷与烯丙基聚醚进行加成反应,制备得到了聚醚改性聚硅氧烷,利用傅里叶红外光谱对其结构进行了表征.然后以自制硅膏、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷、Span-Twen复合乳化剂为原料,采用机械乳化法制备聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂.结果表明,当聚醚改性聚硅氧烷占消泡剂中质量分数5%,Span-Tween复合乳化剂的HLB值为10,用量占消泡剂质量分数4%,乳化时间为30 min时,制备的消泡剂具有良好的水分散性、离心稳定性、消泡抑泡性及耐强酸碱稳定性.In the presence of Pt catalyst,polyether modified polysiloxane(PESO)was synthesized from polymethylhydrosiloxane and allyl polyether via hydrosilylation.Chemical structure of the synthesized PESO was investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectrum.Polyether modified polysiloxane defoamer was successively prepared by self-made silicone paste,PESO and emulsifier in a high speed shearing emulsification mixing device.The optimization of the formulation obtained is as follows:the mass percentage of polyether modified polysiloxane is 5%.The mass percentage of the emulsion is 4% with HLB value of 10.And the time of foam inhibiting performing is 30 min.The results indicated that the better defoaming property,foam suppressing property and stability of the organosilicon defoamer were achieved.
