摘　　要：介绍了废旧工业建筑改造再利用的内容,分析了其改造再利用的优势及常用的改造类型,阐述了废旧工业建筑改造再利用的具体措施及改造过程中应注意的问题,指出废旧工业建筑改造能节省成本、减少废物排出,保护环境。The paper introduces waste industrial building transforming and recycling contents,analyzes its transforming and recycling advantages and general transformation styles,describes specific waste industrial building transforming and recycling measures and transformation matters,and finally points out advantages of waste industrial building transformation,such as saving cost,reducing waste emission and protecting environment.
