摘　　要：结合施工进度控制的重要性,分析了施工项目进度控制的目的,简要介绍了影响工程项目进度控制的因素及进度控制的主要内容,最后重点阐述了施工项目进度控制的具体措施,以保证工程顺利进行。Combining with the importance of construction schedule control,this paper analyzed the purpose of construction project schedule control,and briefly introduced the influencing factors of the project schedule control and contents,and expounded the measures of construction project schedule control,in order to ensure the smooth progress of engineering.
