观察子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜电切割术后放置曼月乐环预防复发的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜电切割术后放置曼月乐环预防复发的临床效果。方法:将某院收治的120例行子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜电切割术患者分为观察组与对照组,前组在宫腔内放置曼月乐环,后组不放置,分别在半年、1年、2年比较两组患者月经模式变化、子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜息肉复发率。结果:观察组月经量、月经持续时间、子宫内膜厚度小于对照组,子宫内膜息肉复发率低于对照组。结论:在子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜电切割术患者宫腔内放置曼月乐环,对预防术后复发有重要价值,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of hymenoscopic resection of hysteroscopy in the prevention of recurrence.Methods：120 cases of endometrial polypectomy were divided into observation group and control group.The former group was placed in the uterine cavity and the group was not placed.The changes of menstrual pattern,endometrial thickness and recurrence rate of endometrial polyps were compared in two groups,at one year and two years respectively.Results：The recurrence rate of endometrial polyps was lower in the observation group than in the control group.Conclusion：In the endometrial polypectomy hysteroscopic electrosurgical patients with uterine cavity placed in the uterus can prevent postoperative recurrence,which is worthy of clinical application.
