个性化医患互动式术前访视对提高手术室优质护理质量的作用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析个性化医患互动式术前访视对提高手术室优质护理质量的作用。方法:采用数字随机的方法,把2014年7月~2016年7月时间段内到某院行手术治疗的肾结石患者60例划分为两组(对照组=30例,给予传统访视方法;研究组=30例,给予个性化医患互动式术前访视方法),并对最终的访视效果进行分析和对比。结果:研究组患者术前心理评分、手术质量评分优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组的护理总体满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。讨论:个性化医患互动式术前访视在提高手术室护理质量中发挥着重大作用,值得推广。Objective：To analyze the effect of personalized doctor-patient preoperative visit to improve the quality of nursing care in the operation room.Methods：A total of 60 patients with renal calculi who underwent surgical treatment from July 2014 to July 2016 were divided into two groups（control group=30 cases,traditional visit method;study group=30 cases,personalized doctor-patient interactive preoperative visit method）,and tfinally compare and analyze the effect.Results：The preoperative psychological score and operation quality score of the study group were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.The overall satisfaction rate of the nursing of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Individualized doctor-patient preoperative visits play a significant role in improving the quality of care in the operating room,which is worth promoting.
