羌活胜风汤加减联合健康教育在糖尿病性眼肌麻痹患者中的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探究羌活胜风汤加减及健康教育对糖尿病性眼肌麻痹患者的影响。方法:研究选取96例糖尿病性眼肌麻痹患者均由某院2015年1月~2016年1月收治,根据治疗方案不同将患者均均分为观察组与对照组,对照组常规西药治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上联合羌活胜风汤加减治疗,并同时实施健康教育干预,对比两组患者疗效、不良反应及治疗依从性、复发情况。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率(97.92%)高于对照组(81.25%),患者治疗依从率及满意率均高于对照组,而对照组患者复发率高于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:羌活胜风汤加减及健康教育对糖尿病性眼肌麻痹患者影响深远,临床效果好,不良反应少,患者治疗依从性及满意率高、复发率低,临床应用价值较高。Objective：To explore the effect of Qianghuo Shengfeng Decoction and health education on patients with diabetic ophthalmoplegia.Methods：96 patients with diabetic ophthalmoplegia were enrolled in a hospital from January 2015 to January 2016.Patients were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment regimen.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.Based on this,the observation group was treated with combination of Qianghuo Shengfeng Decoction,and the implementation of health education intervention.Then compare efficacy,adverse reactions and treatment compliance,recurrence of the two groups.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group（97.92%）was higher than that of the control group（81.25%）.The patients’ treatment compliance rate and satisfaction rate of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the recurrence rate in the control group was higher than that in the observation group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of Qianghuo Shengfeng Decoction and health education on patients with diabetic ophthalmoplegia is far-reaching,with good clinical effect,small the adverse reaction,and the patient’s treatment compliance and satisfaction rate are high,with low recurrence rate is low,which has high clinical application value.
