摘　　要：认为智识是现代化的精神动力,资本是现代化的物质动力。指出全面的智识化和资本才是现代社会最活跃的力量,两者推动经济基础和社会结构的变化,从而推动政治现代化进程。现代化的两个基本动力理应成为普遍共识和理论自觉,增强两个基本动力助推中华民族伟大复兴,有利于我国为全球现代化进程作出积极贡献。Intelligence is the spiritual impetus of modernization while capital is the material power of modernization. Comprehensive intelligence and capital are the most active forces in modern society, both of which drive changes in the economic base and social structure to facilitate the process of political modernization. Such two basic driving forces of modernization should be made popularconsensus and theoretical consciousness. It will help boost the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation to enhance such two basic driving forces, which will also positively make contributions to China’sglobal modernization process.
