摘  要:以杜鹃插条为实验材料,研究了水培条件下,不同质量浓度的生长调节剂萘乙酸(NAA)和吲哚丁酸(IBA)处理对其株质量、生根数、根长等形态指标及过氧化氢酶活性等生理指标的影响.结果表明:与对照相比,不同质量浓度的NAA和IBA处理均可促进杜鹃水培插条较好生长.其中质量浓度为80~100mg/L IBA及20mg/L,100mg/L NAA促进植株增质量效果显著;80mg/L IBA,80mg/L NAA处理促生根数和根长效果最佳;80mg/L IBA,80mg/L NAA的处理杜鹃插条中过氧化氢酶活性较高,抗逆性较好.With Rhododendron cuttings as experimental materials,physiological effects has been studied of morphology index like the plant weight,root length and root number,biochemical indicators like the activity of catalase and chlorophyll content after treatment of different concentrations of NAA and IBA under hydroponic conditions.The results show that compared with the control group,different concentrations of IBA and NAA treatments all had some effects on the growth of Rhododendron cuttings.The concentration of 80-100mg/L IBA,the effect of 20mg/L and 100mg/L NAA promoting the plant is remarkable;80mg/L IBA,80mg/L NAA promote the root number and root length are the best;the Rhododendron cuttings treated under 80mg/L IBA and 80mg/L NAA had higher activity of catalase(CAT)and better resistance to stress.
