建设新型智库:地方高校文科专业转型发展提升社会服务能力的有效选择

摘　　要：当前,地方高校积极推进文科专业转型发展提升服务社会能力,但缺少路径依托和实施载体,导致输送的人才岗位适应能力不强、研究的项目实际应用价值不高、开展的活动产生社会影响不大。地方高校新型智库建设与文科专业转型具有明显的政策关联、价值关联和路径关联,这些是推进文科专业改革发展的重要突破口。推进新型智库建设要做好顶层设计,明确办库宗旨、创新管理方式、培育研究特色;要切实加强与地方政府的合作,交流需求信息、共建创新团队、争取经费支持;要改革科研成果评价体系,承认研究价值、强化成果评估、调动工作热情;要加大研究成果的宣传推介力度,扩大宣传渠道、规范成果发布、提升社会影响。At present,local colleges to actively promote the transformation and development of social liberal arts majors to improve service ability,but the lack of support and implementation path vector,lead to conveying talents job abilityis not enough,to study the project actual application value is not high,little influence in society.The construction of new think tanks and the transformation of liberal arts majors have obvious policy relevance,value relevance and path correlation. To promote the construction of new think tanks need the top-level design,a clear purpose,do library management innovation and Research on the cultivation characteristics; to strengthen the cooperation with the local government,communication demand information,build innovation team,strive for financial support; to reform scientific research evaluation system,recognize the value of research,strengthen the research findings evaluation, to mobilize the enthusiasm of the work; increase the research achievement promotion efforts,expand publicity channels,standardize and enhance the social impact.
