摘　　要：目前,我国形成了以国有商业银行和城市商业银行为主体的银行体系,民营银行的发展能够拓宽业务范围,扩大服务对象,填补国有商业银行的空缺,在市场和客户上形成竞争。文章采用广义民营银行的界定方法,利用主成分因子分析法,选取2010-2013年14家民营银行的14个财务指标对我国民营银行的财务风险进行实证研究,并根据财务指标和主成分的权系数确定权重,最终建立综合评分表。At present, our country has formed in state-owned commercial banks and city commercial banks as the main body of the banking system, the development of private bank can broaden the scope of business, expand the service object, compensate for the loss of state -owned commercial banks, form the competition on the market and customers. Method based on the generalized definition of private banks, uses principal component factor analysis method, the selection of 14 private banks in 2010-2013 of 14 financial indicators for the finan-cial risk of the private bank for empirical research in China, and according to the financial index and weight coefficient to determine the weight of the principal component, eventually establish a comprehensive assessment.
