摘　　要：伍炳彩将中医整体观念贯穿始终,临证遣方时每遇脾病久治不愈者必考虑从肝论治,往往效如桴鼓。伍老认为,凡辨证属泄泻伴有肝脏所居之症,或伴肝经所循、肝脏所主的器官有自觉与他觉症状,脉弦者,皆可考虑从肝论治。Professor WU Bing - cai always runs through the whole concept of Traditional Chinese Medicine throughout the disease diag-nosis and treatment in clinical, such as the treatment of spleen disease when it not heal for a long time, professsor WU Bing - cai always treats it from liver and has a good effect. Professor WU believes that the diarrhea associated with the symptom of liver disease,o r , where the differentiation is accompanied by diarrhea in liver disease,or the route of the liver channel or the organ of the liver and pulse string should consider treatment from the liver.
