摘 要:目的:建立HPLC法测定复方银杏叶颗粒中总黄酮醇苷含量。方法:色谱柱为Hypersil BDS C18(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(50∶50);流速为1.0 m L/min;检测波长为360 nm。结果:槲皮素在7.5656~189.14μg/m L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999);山柰素在7.0832~177.08μg/m L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999);异鼠李素在4.6728~177.08μg/m L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999);总黄酮醇苷的平均回收率为100.9%,RSD为1.2%。结论:本方法操作简便、灵敏、可靠,具有良好的重复性和稳定性,可用于复方银杏叶颗粒中总黄酮醇苷的检测。Objective : To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of total flavonol glycosides in the Compound Ginkgo Bi- loba particles. Methods: The composition of mobile phase was methanol and 0.4% phosphoric acid solution (50: 50). The flow rate was 1 mL / min. The detection wavelength of the total flavonol glycosides was 360 nm. Results : The quercetin has a good linear relation in the range of 7.5656 - 189.14 jjig/niL (r =0. 9999). The Kaempferol Glycoside has a good linear relation in the range of 7.0832 - 177.08 jxg/mL ( r = 0.9999). The isorhamnetin has a good linear relation in the range of 4. 6728 - 177. 08 μg/mL ( r = 0. 9999 ). The average recovery of total flavonol glycosides was 100.9% and the RSD was 1.2%. Conclusion: Used this method to determine to-tal flavonol glycosides in compound Ginkgo biloba leaf is simple, sensitive, reliable, and has good reproducibility and stability.
