摘 要:目的:优化丹参酮类提取物的工艺。方法:应用HPLC指纹图谱技术,以三个主要成分的含量(隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ、丹参酮ⅡA)为次要指标,以HPLC特有峰总面积和干浸膏得率为主要评价指标,选取料液比、提取时间和乙醇浓度三个因素,采用L9(34)正交试验来确定最适合的工艺。结果:最佳提取方法:以8倍量的95%的乙醇为溶剂,提取3次,一次0.5 h。结论:优选得到的丹参酮类提取物的提取工艺稳定可行,不仅为丹参酮的产业化的提取提供了可借鉴的经验,而且为丹参相关制剂的进一步开发利用提供了理论依据。Objective: To optimize the extraction process and condition of tanshnones. Methods: Using high performance liquid chroma-tography (HPLC) fingerprint technology, the effects of solid - liquid ratio, ethanol concentration, extraction time were evaluated by or-thogonal test design with multi - index of content of the three monomer component ( cryptotanshinone, tanshinone I , tanshinone II A) that as the secondary indicators, the total area of characteristic peaks of HPLC and the yield of powdered extract that as the main index. Results: The optimum condition of the extraction technology was obtained. Solid - liquid ratio was 1 : 8 μm/L , the ethanol concentration was 95% , the extraction time was 0. 5h, three times. Conclusion: This experiment has established the stable and feasible extraction technology of tanshnones. It not only provides reference experience for the extraction of tanshinones, but also provides a theoretical ba-sis for further development and utilization of S a lv ia miltiorrhiza Bge.
