枳壳中芸香柚皮苷和橙皮苷配伍对正常小鼠小肠推进作用的影响

摘　　要：目的:分别考察枳壳(主要含有柚皮苷和新橙皮苷)和"杂交枳壳"(主要含有芸香柚皮苷和橙皮苷)水煎液以及芸香柚皮苷和橙皮苷配伍给药对正常小鼠小肠推进作用的影响,以期寻找枳壳的药效物质。方法:采用炭末推进法,以正常小鼠小肠的炭末推进率为指标,观察枳壳和"杂交枳壳"水煎液、芸香柚皮苷和橙皮苷配伍给药对正常小鼠小肠推进作用的影响。结果:枳壳和"杂交枳壳"水煎液,芸香柚皮苷和橙皮苷配伍给药各剂量组与空白对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:芸香柚皮苷和橙皮苷是枳壳的药效物质。Objective ： To find the effective substance for Fructus Aurantii by observing the effect of Fructus Aurantii water decoction that main contain naringin, neohesperidin and the hybridization Fructus Aurantii water decoction that narirutin, hesperidin and narirutin combined with hesperidin on small intestinal propulsion in mice. Methods： Using charcoal piopulsion and taking the rate of charcoal propulsion of small intestine as index, observing the effect of Fructus Aurantii water decoction and the hybridization water decoction and narirutin combined with hesperidin on small intestinal piopulsion in mice. Results： Fructus Aurantii water decoction, the hybridization water decoction and narirutin, hesperidin compatibility dose group compared with control group had significant difference （ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion： Narirutin and hesperidin is the effective substance for Fructus Aurantii.
