摘  要:在"素质冰山"显性素质和隐性素质两个维度下,从学业状况、实践方式、角色定位、价值观、自我认知和动机等方面开展大学生在校成长调研,了解大学生在校成长现状和影响因素。强化显性素质,完善知识和技能体系;固化培养隐性素质,增强职业适应能力;注重全面素质,助力学生顺利成长成才。在合力搭建大学生在校成长应然素质模型的基础上,围绕大学生在校成长应然素质体系,积极搭建在校成长目标导向平台、同辈互助成长引导平台、信息化在校成长评价平台和多元社会支持平台构筑大学生在校成长协同机制,有针对性地加强和改进在校大学生的成长路径。With a view of “ quality iceberg”,this paper will study college students, school growth from two aspects, explicit quality and tacit quality,and will analyzes those factors that affect college students * school growth as follows: school performance, exercise pattern,role definition,values,self-knowledge and motives.Strengthening explicit quality and completing systems of knowl-edge and skills,the paper considers that developing tacit quality,strengthening comprehensive quality and professional ability should be paid more attention to for the construction of the growth mode of college students1 qualified quality in school.In order to guide col-lege students to gain qualified quality effectively and to improve the plan of school growth specifically, the paper suggests that build-ing a platform of intelligent school growth estimates with many forces, constructing a mechanism of peer mutual growth guidance and establishing a reasonable, practical target-driven system of school growth.
