摘  要:目的:通过观察运动对2,3,7,8-四氯二苯并二恶英(TCDD)大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平的变化,探讨运动对环境污染物TCDD诱导氧化应激反应的影响。方法:32只雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组(NC)、运动组(EC)、染毒静养组(NT)、运动染毒组(ET)。NT组大鼠腹腔注射TCDD持续染毒4周,ET组在TCDD染毒同时进行4周游泳运动,NC组腹腔注射同等剂量的玉米油,EC组在注射玉米油的同时进行游泳运动。分别于第1、3、4周末内眦静脉取血,检测血清SOD和MDA水平。结果:第1周末,运动可降低血清SOD、MDA水平,染毒可显著降低SOD水平;第3周末,运动使SOD水平降至最低;第4周末,运动可显著降低SOD水平,而显著增加MDA水平,染毒后运动可显著升高SOD水平,而降低MDA水平。结论:大鼠TCDD慢性染毒4周内,运动可有效缓解TCDD引起的机体氧化应激反应,增加SOD水平,降低MDA水平。The aim of the present study was to investigate the effects of exercise on the levels of serum SOD and MDA in 2,3,7,8-TCDD-exposed rats.Thirty two male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups:normal control(NC),normal toxic(NT),exercise control(EC),and exercise toxic(ET).The rats in NC and ET groups were intraperitoneal injection of 2,3,7,8-TCDD in a first dose of 6.4μg·kg^(-1),and the maintenance dosage by 21% of the first dose weekly for 4weeks.The NC and EC animals were administered with equivalent volume of coin oil,and the rats in exercise groups were submitted to swimming for 30 min·d^(-1) with 5% weights attached to tails.The blood samples were collected through the inner canthus vein at the end of 1st,3rd,4th weekends,the serum SOD and MDA were measured.The results were statistically analyzed using MANOVA.A decreased serum SOD and MDA were observed in exercise groups,and decreased serum SOD was observed in toxic groups at the end of 1st weekends.Decreased serum SOD was observed in exercise groups at the end of 3rd weekend.At the end of the 4th weekends,decreased serum SOD and increased serum MDA was observed in exercise groups,and exercise could effectively increase the level of serum SOD and decrease the level of serum MDA in toxic group.The results suggested that chronic exposure to 2,3,7,8-TCDD can cause the imbalance in serum oxidative stress response,and decreased the level of serum SOD.Exercise could effectively prevent the Oxidative Stress response,increase the level of serum SOD and decrease the level of serum MDA.
