摘  要:以乙酸锌为前驱体,乙醇为溶剂,采用溶剂热法制备了可见光响应的纳米结构ZnO.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和光致发光(PL)等方法对所得ZnO样品的形貌和光谱特性进行了表征.以亚甲基蓝(MB)为目标降解物,可见光照射180min后,溶剂热120℃制备的ZnO样品对15mg·L^(-1)MB的降解率可以达到99.5%,循环5次后降解率仍然保持在98%以上.结果表明,该ZnO光催化剂具有很高的可见光催化活性及良好的稳定性.可见光照射下,经捕获实验研究发现,在ZnO催化降解MB反应中,·OH起着最主要的作用.The visible-light-driven nanostructural ZnO were prepared through solvothermal method in ethanol using zinc acetate as precursor.The morphology and optical properties of the obtained ZnO samples were characterized by field-emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and photoluminescence(PL) spectroscopy. The visible-driven photocatalytic activity of ZnO nanostructures toward the degradation of methylene blue(MB)was investigated.After 180 min visible light irradiation,the degradation rate of MB with initial concentration of 15mg·L^-1 reached 99.5%,by using ZnO sample obtained by solvothermal temperature of 120℃.Recycling results reveal that more than 98% of MB can be decomposed within 5 cycles.The ZnO photocatalyst shows high catalytic activity and excellent stability.The effect of various radical scavengers on the degradation of MB with ZnO as catalyst showed that·OH were the main reactive species during the photocatalytic process under visible light irradiation.
