摘 要:目的探讨并分析慢性肾脏病(CKD)采用声触诊组织定精技术(VTQ)进行分期诊断的临床研究价值。方法选取2015年8月至2016年4月在深圳市中医院治疗的CKD患者88例.将其作为研究对象,分别采用常规超声与VTQ进行检查,对比研究两种榆磷的指标与临床分期、病理性指标间的相关性。结果经肾活检病理显示.CKD患者的1至4期肾皮质SWV位分别为(2.74±0.57)cm/S、(2.30±0.27)cm/s、(2.85±0.26)cm/s、(2.60±0.40)cm/s,分析得出肾皮质SWV值与病理指标以及CKD分期没有栩关性。结论VTQ方法可检测肾脏皮质SWV值,反映组织弹性变化,从而分期诊断慢性肾病,但肾组织纤维化指标以及CKD分期与肾脏皮质SWV值没有棚关性。Objective to investigate and analysis of chronic kidney disease (CKD) and value of diagnosis, staging, clinical studies using acoustic touch tissues quantification (vtq). Methods in August 2015 to 2016 April in 88 cases of Shenzhen City Hospital of tradi tional Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients with CKD, the as the research object, respectively, using conventional uhrasonog raphy and vtq inspection, comparative study of two kinds of examination indexes and clinical stage, pathological index of correlation. Results the renal biopsy showed that CKD patients at stages 1 to 4 in the renal cortex of SWV values respectively (2.74±0.57) cm,/ s, (2.30±0.27) cm/s, (2.85±0.26) cm/s, (2.60±0.40 cm/s), analysis the value and pathological indexes and CKI) stage there is no correlation between renal cortex SWV obtained. Conclusion VTQ method can detect the SWV value of renal cortex, reflect the change of tissue elasticity, which can be used for diagnosis of chronic kidney disease, but there is no correlation between renal fibrosis index and CKD stage and SWV value of renal cortex.
