有关腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫全切手术麻醉的临床分析

摘　　要：目的研究对于腹腔镜下阴式子宫全切手术患者实施麻醉的方法以及效果。方法对我院收治的阴式子宫金切术患者进行随机选取，60例患者郁为我院在2014年8月至2015年10月间收治，根据其麻醉方法的不同将上述患者分为两组，对照组患者实施全凭静脉麻醉的方法，观察组患者使用腰3～4硬膜外麻醉，将两组患者手术情况以及相关用时进行对比。结果观察纽患者没有在术中使用瑞芬太尼以及维库澳铵。同时阿泊酚使用率比对照组少，组问差异存在统计学意义（P〈0．05）。另外其拔管时间以及给药时间均比对照组短，组问差异也具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对于实施腹腔镜下阴式子宫全切术的患者，使用腰3～d硬膜外麻醉能够缩短拔管和给药用时．减少麻醉药使用量．有一定的使用价值。Objective To study the laparoscopic vaginal hysterectomy method of surgery and anesthesia effect. Methods Yin type of our hospital uterus cut method patients were randomly selected from all, 60 cases patients to the hospital in August 2014 to October 2015, according to their different n, ethod of anesthesia will be divided into two groups, the patients in control group, all by intravenous anesthesia method for the observation group of patients with lumbar epidural anesthesia, 3~4 will be two groups of patients with oper- ation conditions were compared and related available. Results Observation group of patients withom in intraoperative use of fentanyl and vecuronium bromide, propofol utilization rate less than the control group at the same time. the differences between groups （ P〈 0.05）. In addition the decannulation time and delivery time are shorter than the control group, differences between groups arc statisti- cally significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the implementation of laparoscopic Yin type patients with uterine full cut method, using the waist 3~4 epidural anesthesia can shorten the tube drawing and for medicinal, reduce drug use, has certain use value.
