脑卒中患者系统化康复护理对功能恢复的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨系统化康复护理对脑卒中患者功能恢复的影响。方法选取2014年1月至坨月腑卒中患者120例（均经徐州市中心医院神经内科确诊），按入院先后顺序编号。单号为实验组，双号为对照组。实验组在常规护理的慕础上实施系统化的康复护理干预；对照组实施常规护理，比较两组患者经不同护理前后神经功能缺损情况（NIHSS评分）、简易精神状态墩表（MMSE）及日常生活能力（Barthel指数）等指标。结果Barthel指数比较显示实验组日常生活活动能力恢复情况娃著优于对照组（P〈0．05）．认知功能恢复实验组明姓高于对照组（P〈0．05），实验组肢体运动功能较对照组明艘提高（P〈0．05）。结论对脑卒中患者进行系统化康复护理对患者康复有良好的促进作用，能明显改善脑卒中患者的以知功能、肢体运动功能及日常生活能力．娃著提高脑卒中患者生存质链。Objective To investigate the effect of systematic rehabilitation nursing on functional recovery of stroke patients. Meth- ods From 2014 January to 12 months of stroke patients in 120 cases （by the Xuzhou Central Hospital Department of internal medicine diagnosis）, according to admission order number, order number for the experimental group, double for the control group. Rehabilita tion nursing intervention the experimental group inlplementation of the system on the basis of conventional nursing; the control group received routine nursing. By comparing the two groups of patients with different nursing after cognitive function recovery, the recovery of neurological fnnction and activities of daily living index. Results Banthel index scores were compared the experimental group showed that the restoration of activities of daily living conditions were better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）, the recovery of cogni- tive function in experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, limb motor function of experi mental group increased significantly compared with the control group （P〈20.05）. Conclusion It has a good role in promoting the reha- bilitation of patients of stroke were systematic rehabilitation nursing, can significantly improve stroke patients with cognitive function, motor function and ability of daily life, improve the quality of life of stroke patients.
