脑病科护理工作中精细化管理的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨精细化管理在脑病科护理工作中的临床应用价值。方法从我院脑病科病房中选取116例患者进行研究，并根据其人院顺序将其分为两组采用不同的护理方式。58例对照组患者接受常规护理，观察组58例则在此基础七行精细化管理，比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组不良事件发生率为3．45％，明显低于对照组的13．79％，其护理优良率和护理满意度分别为98．26％和93．10％，均高于对照组的81．03％和72．41％，组间差异均有意义（P〈0．05）。经比较，观察组的理论成绩、病情评估和护患沟通等评分均优于对照组（P〈0．05），但操作成绩无提著差异（P〉0．05）。结论在脑病科的护理工作中应用精细化管理可以有效控制并发症以及意外事件的发生，提高护理的优良率和护理满意度，有助于改善护患关系，还能促进护理人员专业技能的提升，具有良好的临床应用价值，Objective Investigate the Clinical Application Value of Delicacy Management on nursing service in Encephalopathy Sec- tion. Methods Investigate 116 patients selected from the Encephalopathy Section of the hospital that were divided into two groups ac- cording to their admission sequence; apply different nursing type on two groups. The 58 patients in control group were treated with nor- mal nursing service; the other 58 patients in observation group were treated with nursing service under the Delicacy Management. Com- pare the results of the nursing services in two groups. Result （1）The adverse event rate of observation group is 3.45% thai is much lower than the control group rate at 13.79 %. The excellent nursing rate of observation group is 98.26 % and the satisfaction degree is 93.10%, which are all higher than the same index of control group at 81.03% and 72.41% respectively. The index difference between two groups are meaningful （P〈0.05）. （2）Via the comparison, the score of the observation group on theoretical achievements, disease assessment and doctor-patient communication are all better than the control group （P〈0.05）. However there is no significant differ- ence on operation score between two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The application of Delicacy Management on the Nursing Service in Encephalopathy Section could effectively control the complication and unexpected incidents, increase the excellent service rate and satis- faction degree, improve the doctor-patient relationship, as well as enhance the profession skills of the nursing staff, and have a good clinical application value.
