摘　　要：生态文化的培育主体包括国家、社会和公民。国家是生态文化培育的主导性主体,主要为生态文化培育提供方向性框架、规范和制度保障以及经费支撑。社会作为集聚性整体,是生态文化培育主体中的主体,企事业单位、社区、民间环保组织等社会单位在培育中发挥着不同的作用,彼此互为补充,协同培育,最终实现生态社会与生态文化的统一。公民是生态文化培育最基本的主体,公民实践是生态文化的源头活水,一方面公民实践是生态文化培育的"最后一公里",国家主导和社会培育最终要落实到公民实践;另一方面公民实践不断提炼和丰富生态文化的内容。公民培育生态文化的主要途径是对绿色消费、绿色生活的选择,公共讨论和环境维权等,其最终结果是从个人的生态到一切人的生态。The cultivating subjects of ecological culture include the state, society and citizen. The state is the main driving body of the cultivating ecological culture, mainly provides direction framework, norms and institutional guarantee, and funding support for the cultivation of ecological culture. Society as the gathering of a whole is the major part of main body of cultivating ecological culture ; the social units such as enterprises, communities, and non-governmental environmental organizations play different roles, complement each other, and co-cultivate, thus ultimately the unity of ecological society and ecological culture achieves. Citizen is the most basic subject in the cultivation of ecological culture, and citizen practice is the endless source of ecological culture. On the one hand, citizen practice is the ＂the last kilometer＂ during the cultivation of ecological culture, and the state-led and social cultivation are finally implemented in citizen practice; on the other hand, citizen practice constantly refine and enrich the content of ecological culture. The main way for citizens to cultivate ecological culture is to choose the green consumption and green life, and carry out public discussion and environmental rights protection, etc. , i. e. , the ultimate result is ecology from individual to whole human beings.
