摘　　要：张珍玉教授是国家级名中医药专家,坚持理论指导临床。认为中药是以中医理论指导应用的药物,中药应用必须掌握中药药性,即要突出四气五味,重视升降浮沉,强调药物归经,注重辨别病势,时时培土固本。验以临床,辨治疑难杂证,常获良效。Professor Zhang Zhenyu, a national famous TCM doctor and specialist, pays attention to applying TCM theories in clinical practice. He insists that Chinese materia medica should be applied under the guidance of TCM theories, and that the application of Chinese materia medica should follow their medicinal properties, namely four properties and five flavors, natures of ascending,descending, floating and sinking, as well as meridian tropism. He also emphasizes the identification of disease tendency and banking up earth to consolidate the root. His ideas are fairly effective for complicated cases in clinical practice.
