养心滋肾法配合艾灸治疗围绝经期抑郁症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察应用养心滋肾法配合艾灸治疗围绝经期抑郁症患者的临床疗效。方法将收治的患者60例随机分成对照组(30例)和观察组(30例),对照组口服克龄蒙片;观察组口服养心滋肾中药汤剂,比较2组的HAMA、HAMD及Kuuperman抑郁评分,治疗前后的雌二醇(E_2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)的含量及治疗后2组的治疗有效率。结果治疗后,两组HAMA、HAMD及Kuuperman抑郁评分均较治疗前下降,观察组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);2组E_2含量升高,FSH、LH含量下降(P<0.05),观察组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的有效率90.00%,对照组有效率73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用养心滋肾法配合艾灸治疗围绝经期抑郁症患者疗效确切,值得进一步推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of nourishing heart for replenishing kidney therapy combined with moxibustion in the treatment of perimenopausal depression. Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into control group（30 cases） and obser-vation group（30 cases）. The control group was treated with oral administration of Mongolian medicine. The observation group was treated with oral administration of nourishing heart for replenishing kidney Chinese medicine decoction. HAMA, HAMD and the Kuu-perman depression score, the content of estradiol（E2）, follicle stimulating hormone（FSH） and luteinizing hormone（LH） before and after treatment and the effective rate of treatment after treatment was compared respectively. Results After treatment, the scores of HAMA, HAMD and Kuuperman depression of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the improvement of the ob-servation group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. The levels of E2, FSH and LH in the two groups were decreased（P〈0.05（P〈0.05）. The effective rate in the observation group and the control group was 90.00 % and 73.33%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of nourishing heart for replenishing kidney therapy combined with moxibustion in the treatment of perimenopausal depression has exact effect, and it is worthy of further promotion.
