中西医治疗儿童单纯血尿型紫癜性肾炎的回顾性比较分析

摘　　要：目的通过回顾性分析,对比观察清热止血颗粒与来氟米特治疗儿童单纯血尿型紫癜性肾炎的临床疗效。方法分别选取经清热止血颗粒与来氟米特治疗的符合标准的单纯血尿型紫癜性肾炎患儿各15例,对比其2周、4周、8周、12周的尿红细胞恢复情况、肝功能情况、血白细胞情况。结果清热止血颗粒组总有效率为100%,来氟米特组总有效率为73.3%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.61,P<0.05)。2组12周时尿红细胞计数比较,清热止血颗粒组低于来氟米特组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清热止血颗粒与来氟米特治疗儿童单纯血尿型紫癜性肾炎均有效,但综合疗效、价格、副作用的因素,清热止血颗粒更适宜本病。Objective To observe and compare the clinical effect of Qingre Zhixue granules and leflunomide in the treatment of sim-ple hematuria purpura nephritis in children through retrospective analysis. Methods We selected children with simple henoch schonlein purpura nephritis treated by Qingre Zhixue granules for 15 cases and leflunomide for 15 cases. The urine red blood cell recov-ery, liver function and white blood cell after treatment of 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks was compared respectively. Results The total effective rate of Qingre Zhixue granules group was 100%, the total effective rate of leflunomide group was about73.3%, and the total effective rate between the two groups was significantly（4.61, P〈0.05）. The urine red blood cell count at the end of the 12 weeks of the Qingre Zhixue granules group was was lower than that of the leflunomide group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Qingre Zhixue granules and leflunomide in the treatment of simple hematuria pur-pura nephritis in children is effective. Considering the therapeutic effect, price and side effects factors, Qingre Zhixue granules is more suitable for this disease.
