摘　　要：冠心病心力衰竭已成为心力衰竭研究的一大热点,中医中药在临床中发挥了重要优势,本文从古籍文献、辨病辨证、临床用药、临床研究举例等方面介绍冠心病心力衰竭的研究进展。目的是通过结合临床研究结果证实中医药治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭的科学性以及减少西药的毒副作用的特点,以期能为广大临床医生诊治冠心病心力衰竭提供有益的帮助,服务于中医临床防治冠心病水平的进一步提高,充分发挥中医药防治冠心病的原创优势,保障人民健康。Coronary heart disease with heart failure has become a major focus of research on heart failure of TCM, has played an important advantage in clinical practice. From the ancient literature, disease and syndrome differentiation, clinical medicine, clinical research and other aspects, this article introduced the advances in research of coronary heart disease with heart failure. The purpose is by combining the results of clinical studies confirmed the characteristics of scientific Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease and reducing the side effects of Western medicine, in order to provide useful help for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure, to further improve the service level of TCM clinical prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease, prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease in Chinese medicine and give full play to the advantages of the original, and protect the health of the people.
