摘　　要：目的:探究氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗脑梗死的临床效果及护理措施。方法:将2015年2月至2016年2月在南昌大学第二附属医院诊治的80例脑梗死患者随机分为实验组和对照组,两组患者均采用氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林进行治疗,在治疗期间给予实验组患者有针对性的护理措施,给予对照组患者常规护理措施,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果:实验组患者的住院时间要短于对照组患者,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组患者的护理满意率为100%,对照组患者的护理满意率为85%,两组患者的护理满意度相比,实验组高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于使用氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗的脑梗死患者,实施有针对性的护理措施,可以缩短患者的住院时间,提高患者的护理满意度。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of cerebral infarction and nursing measures. Methods： 80 cases of cerebral infarction from February 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, two groups of patients were used the combination of clopidogrel and aspirin treatment, during treatment nursing measures were given to the patients in the experimental group. Nursing effect was compared between the two groups of patients.Results： Hospitalization time in the experimental group is shorter than that of the control group, the difference has statistical significance （P〈0.01）. Nursing satisfaction rate was 100% in the experimental group, which was higher than the control group（85%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusions： For patients with cerebral infarction treated with clopidogrel combined with aspirin, the implementation of targeted nursing measures can shorten the hospital stay and improve the patient＆#39;s nursing satisfaction.
