普瑞巴林与吗啡控释片联合治疗转移性骨癌痛的效果观察与护理

摘　　要：目的:针对存在转移性骨癌痛的患者行以普瑞巴林同吗啡控释片共同治疗的方案进行研究,分析其临床效果,并总结护理方式。方法:随机在2015年1月至2016年1月期间于南昌大学第四附属医院就诊的患有转移性骨癌痛的患者当中择取50名,将其随机分成实验组和参照组两组(n=25),对参照组行以安慰剂同吗啡控释片共同治疗的方式,对实验组则行以普瑞巴林同吗啡控释片共同治疗的方式,观察两组在接受治疗之后VAS评分、发作爆发痛的次数、不良反应概率上的差异。结果:经过不同的治疗干预,实验组在VAS评分、爆发痛的次数以及不良反应概率上都存在明显的差异,实验组显著优于参照组,并且均存在P<0.05。结论:对存在转移性骨癌痛的患者行以普瑞巴林同吗啡控释片共同治疗,效果显著,疼痛缓解情况比较理想,且安全稳定,值得进行深入研究以及普遍推广。Objective：In view of the existence of metastatic bone cancer pain patients,lyrica retard-20 tablet combined with morphine treatment were analyzed and the nursing mode was summarized.Methods：50 cases of patients with metastatic bone cancer pain from January 2015 to January 2016 in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were randomly divided into experimental group and control group two groups（n=25）.Control group was treated with placebo retard-20 tablet,and the experimental group was treated with retard-20 tablet together with morphine,and then the onset of VAS score,the outbreak of pain,according to the number of discrepancies in the probability of adverse reactions were observed.Results：After different treatment intervention,there are significant differences on the VAS score,the number of times the pain,and the probability of adverse reactions,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Treatment of metastatic bone cancer pain patients with lyrica retard-20 tablet combined morphine showed better effect on the pain relief,stable and safe,thus it is worthy of further research and popularization.
