摘　　要：目的建立脑血通片的含量测定方法,完善其质量标准。方法采用紫外可见分光光度法建立脑血通片中总黄酮、总氨基酸含量测定方法。结果芦丁、谷氨酸分别在10.02~60.12μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9 999)、2.009~10.044μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9 990)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为101.86%(RSD=2.20%)、101.32%(RSD=2.37%),3批制剂中总黄酮、总氨基酸含量分别为66.73、29.44mg·g^(-1)。结论本研究建立的方法简单,结果准确,重现性好,可用于脑血通片的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for the content determination of Naoxuetong Tablets and improve its quality standard.Methods UV-Visible spectrophotometry was adopted to establish the method to assay the content of total flavonoids and total amino acid in Naoxuetong Tablets.Results The contents of rutin and glutamic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 10.02μg·mL-160.12μg·mL-1（r=0.9 999）and2.009μg·mL-110.044μg·mL-1（r=0.9 990）respectively,and the average recoveries were 101.86%（RSD=2.20%）and 101.32%（RSD=2.37%）respectively.The average contents of total flavonoids and total amino acid of three batches of Naoxuetong Tablets were 66.73 mg·g-1 and 29.44 mg·g-1 respectively.Conclusion The established method is simple,accurate and reproducible,so it can be adopted to control the quality of Naoxuetong Tablets.
